Other than the price, what makes the Fill-Up Base stand out is that it is simple in the way it looks and with a hole size of 1.5 inches in diameter, it can hold any umbrella.

They should have added you can fill it up with sand, water or small pebbles/yrocks. It still works great.

Hosted a backyard wedding yesterday and needed some sturdy bses for my 6 umbrellas. I filled them up with sand and they did not move. Actually got a lot of compliments on our umbrellas! Go midtown!
